Fully Onsite M-F 9am to 5pm
Temp to Perm
- The Accounts Payable Clerk must be detail-oriented who works toward improving processes and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Enter payables and process payments for four companies.
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accuracy of data entry.
- Reconcile vendor statements to vendor in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoice or payment issues.
- Ensure W-9 compliance.
- Assist with year-end 1099 processing.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed Benefits.
