Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to billing inquiries and clarification, insurance availability, claim submissions, and general office duties. 
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Schedule appointments for the agents,  identify customer needs, and direct inquiries to the person that can help.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
