Employees play a vital role in delivering reliable service and supporting the movement of goods nationwide.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Warehouse Details:Temporary position$ 19.00 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Tuesday through Saturday)Load and unload trucks while supporting daily shipping and receiving operations.Pick, stage, label, and prepare freight accurately for outbound shipment.Verify orders and distribute products throughout the warehouse using scanners and warehouse systems.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.Assist with inventory counts, product assembly, and coordination of on-time pickups and deliveries.Warehouse Qualifications:Previous warehouse, dock, freight, or transportation industry experience preferred.Experience loading and unloading trailers and using handheld scanners.Basic verbal, written, and computer skills; must be able to communicate effectively in English for safety purposes.Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to the Smyrna, TN worksite for all scheduled shifts; willingness to provide a current resume or complete a detailed work history is required.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
