Cook PositionWe are Regency Gresham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offering skilled nursing and long term care services while focusing on the unique qualities of each individual in a compassionate and caring environment. We are looking for like minded individuals to join our team.As a cook, you will prepare and serve meals, oversee foodservice operation, and ensures adequate food and supplies are available.You will:Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframeFollow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions made on proper formClean and maintains a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areasComply with state sanitation codesMaintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriatelyEnsure that resident food preferences are known and followedYou Currently:Can obtain a Food Handlers card.
