Nurse Practitioner - Behavioral Health

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF). Role Overview Part-time (3 days per week) within Monday - Friday. No nights or weekends. Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation. Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide brief interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes: Terre Haute, Indiana Compensation and Benefits Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $86,810 - $104,171 annually with no cap on productivity income. Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided.
