Individuals diagnosed with Turner syndrome require lifelong, specialized care and access to trusted resources. The Turner Syndrome Foundation is seeking dedicated volunteers to join our Client Services Team , supporting patients and caregivers through personalized communication, resource navigation, and compassionate guidance. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing or experienced in social work, counseling, psychology, healthcare, or nonprofit services who want meaningful, hands‑on experience in client support. Position Summary As a Client Services Representative , you will provide direct support to individuals and families navigating Turner syndrome. You will communicate with clients, manage cases, and connect them to relevant medical, educational, and community resources. This is an on-site volunteer opportunity in Hazlet, NJ . Client interactions are conducted virtually (phone, email, web), but volunteers work from the office.
