Global Trial Associate- Global Clinical Operations Leadership Development Program (GCO-LDP)- Full-Time Class of 2027

Johnson & Johnson seeks Global Trial Associates for a 12-month leadership development program based in Spring House, Pennsylvania. Participants will rotate through Clinical Trial Assistant, Site Manager, and Local Trial Manager roles across immunology, neuroscience-cardiovascular, and oncology therapeutic areas, gaining expertise in clinical trial operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to clinical trial teams across feasibility, start-up, execution, and close-out phases
• Maintain trial documents, data, budgets, and correspondence in electronic systems including the virtual Trial Master File
• Coordinate preparation and submission of regulatory documents to ethics committees, IRBs, and health authorities
• Support site monitoring, investigator meetings, and safety communications to study sites
• Execute site initiation, monitoring preparation, and study close-out activities according to established procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in electronic systems and data management platforms
• Knowledge of clinical trial regulations, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
