Summary The Asset Protection Outlet Associate supports loss prevention and safety efforts at an outlet retail store. The role monitors store activity, responds to incidents, and works with store leadership to protect merchandise and customers. This position requires strong observational skills, discretion, and flexibility to work a retail schedule. Responsibilities Monitor sales floor and common areas for suspicious activity and safety hazards. Conduct audits, inventory reviews, and merchandise inspections to prevent loss. Operate CCTV and other security systems and document incidents accurately. Respond to theft, safety, and emergency situations and coordinate with management and local authorities as needed. Assist with customer service and support store operations as directed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ years of loss prevention or retail experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, observational skills, and integrity. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during a shift.
