Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.

You will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs, communicate the value of our services, and help turn new opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Engage potential clients and introduce them to Skillbridge Academy's services and solutions.
• Understand client needs and help identify appropriate business opportunities.
• Conduct professional outreach and follow up with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
• Assist with presentations, meetings, proposals, and client communications.
• Track progress toward individual and team performance goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and potential market opportunities.
• Represent Skillbridge Academy with professionalism and confidence.
