Job Summary
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Woodbridge is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Coordinator to support the hotel’s sales operations. This role will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with group bookings and coordination
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication for the sales team
- Monitor booking activity and support revenue goals
- Ensure all sales systems and tools are updated and functioning effectively
- Work closely with hotel operations to ensure successful execution of group bookings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, sales support, or administrative role
- Prior hotel experience preferred (Marriott experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with hotel systems (Delphi, Opera, Marriott systems) is a plus
