Accounting Specialist

Position Overview:

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team in North Carolina. This role is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist with office-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.
• Provide support in preparing financial reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• An Associate's Degree is a plus, but not required.

Required Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.

Additional Details:

Compensation for this role ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
