What you’ll be doing Partnering with ambitious, brand‑led businesses to support their primary packaging as they grow Building genuine, long‑term relationships – becoming a trusted partner, not just a point of contact Owning and expanding a portfolio of accounts through thoughtful, strategic growth Proactively prospecting brands that align with noissue’s values and long‑term vision Visiting key customers frequently to stay close to their teams, operations, and brand evolution Crafting tailored proposals that balance brand ambition, operational realities, and commercial outcomes Managing a clean pipeline and delivering against revenue targets Owning the full customer journey end‑to‑end Collaborating cross‑functionally to advocate for your customers internally What we’re looking for Strong understanding of brand and the critical role packaging plays in perception and customer experience Someone who values human connection and long‑term relationship building over transactional selling Solid sales fundamentals (discovery, pricing, CRM, account management) Experience selling physical products or working alongside supply chain/operations teams A thoughtful, collaborative leader who can coach others while driving strong commercial results Highly organised, curious and commercially minded, and aligned with noissue’s values around quality and doing business the right way Nice to have: established network in Chicago’s coffee, cafe & bakery or quick service restaurant space Pay & Compensation Package Annual base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 USD + OTE Three weeks of paid annual leave Health insurance stipend Company‑provided laptop #J-18808-Ljbffr noissue.
