Role Summary:
The Director serves as guardian on our Leadership Team to ensure our Mission, “To Love Our Community Like No Other Company” is met. This individual must have a passion for service, people and operational excellence. The Director team implements the Vision in order to ensure our Strategy of “Winning Hearts Every Day” is executed. This individual will effectively lead, monitor, create consistency, and drive 2nd Mile Service and Operational Excellence. Must have one year of leadership experience.

Annual Compensation Value Total: $37,400 - $54,500

• Wage Rate [Annual Wages $27,300 - $42,000 Annual]:
$15-17 per hour @ 35 - 45 hours a week [Includes overtime]
• Health Insurance [$1800 Annual]
$150 a month applied from Operator
• Paid Time Off [$640 Annual]
35-40 Hours Paid Vacation Per Year
• Flexible Scheduling for more unpaid time off if needed
• Uniform Allowance [$200 Annual, but shirts will be provided separately which equals additional $200]
• Certifications/Education [$720 - $2000]:
Pathway Training modules [32 hrs training]

CFA, Inc. offered courses {Operator Approved} [Checkpoint Operational Training, Ascend
Leadership Training, Grand Opening Certified Training, etc.]
ATL Market Workshops {Operator Approved} [Personal Finance 101 & 102, Vision and
Execution, LEAN Systems, Financial Return]

• Development [$1,800 Annual]:
Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy Training
4 Books a year with discussion in our Northridge Book Club
Developmental Coaching [Monthly with Ben Rhodes]
• Paid Breaks [$1750 Annual]
• Food Allowance [Approximately $2000 Annual]
• Chick-fil-A Inc Scholarships: $2,500 to $25,000 Annual based upon eligibility

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Casting our Vision to our Team
• Leading and assisting our Executive Directors in all aspects of corresponding Critical Success Factor of the business
• Collaborates with our Executive Directors and Team Leaders to ensure Team Members are being trained properly
• Maintain rigorous cleaning schedule
• Shift Leading
• Create culture of “continuous improvement”
• Establish and post written monthly goals
• Ensure efficient scheduling and set-ups
• Conduct regular meetings with corresponding staff
• Reports Customer Reviews and Evaluation findings at Leadership Meetings
• Track reports to determine areas for improvement
