Construction Management Quality Assurance (CMQA) Representative

The Construction Management Quality Assurance (CMQA) Representative provides nationwide oversight and inspection services for federal Deferred Maintenance and Repair (DMR) and recapitalization projects. This role ensures contractor compliance with plans, specifications, safety requirements, and industry standards. The CMQA Representative conducts on-site inspections, reviews documentation, provides surveillance reports, and immediately alerts project stakeholders to any issues impacting project quality, safety, or schedule. Approximately 50% travel is required to perform site inspections at projects across the country. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hirebridge
