Job Title: Lifeguard
Pay: $15 Per Hour
Days & Times: We are looking for a Tuesday/Thursday morning lifeguard who can work 8:30AM - 12PM Tuesdays and 8:30AM - 2PM Thursdays
Certification Requirement : We accept American Red Cross, Jeff Ellis & Associates, and YMCA. If you are not currently certified, we will certify you during our next lifeguard class in May 2026.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain Safety: Provide active lifeguard supervision to keep all swimmers safe.
• Emergency Response: Provide first aid and CPR as necessary (training provided).
• Student Interaction: Maintain a high-energy, positive atmosphere for children and parents.
• Facility Standards: Ensure the pool area remains clean and organized during shifts.

Job Qualifications and Skills

• Child-Focused: Must enjoy working with children (ages 4 months to 12 years).
• Communication: Excellent verbal skills to interact with parents and team members.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
• Compliance: Must pass background examinations prior to starting.
