IT - Business Analysis Consultant

Business Analyst

Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Duration: 6 month Contract

Top responsibilities for this position:

• Conduct discovery on current processes to identify gaps and best practices
• Document current state findings, including mapping out client and internal processes (journey/experience mapping)
• Document future state vision for implementation processes by facilitating ideation with cross-functional team members
• Work with analytics lead to define metrics to measure success/value of process improvements
• Project management (not primary focus)

Software tools/skills needed:

• Must be fluid in Microsoft Office suite

Must have skills/attributes:

• Must be proficient in all Business Analysis functional competencies
• Must be strong in both written and verbal communication
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Able to build and maintain relationships
• Must have a high degree of accountability

Nice to have skills/attributes:

• Optum or United Health Group experience
• Ability to manage through ambiguity and uncertainty
