It’s a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.If you are interested in exploring the possibilities **We Want to Talk to You!****The Difference You Make:** The Corporate Banking Associate plays a key role in building relationships with our highest value clients and are tasked with delivering an exceptional customer experience designed to retain and grow our top customers.* Effectively utilizes centralized credit support team for both new originations and portfolio management.* Develops a targeted COI (center of influence) list and have a detailed plan to build relationships that lead to referral business to achieve goals.* Builds a collaborative internal relationship with key partners. Introduce top clients to appropriate specialist to deepen share of wallet.* Conducts joint calling and prospecting with specialists depending on situation.* Provides specific assistance to assigned internal partners for outside joint calling, technical questions related to larger deposit and loan opportunities, etc.* Utilizes sales tracking database to manage call/relationship management activities.* Practice sounds risk management protocols and adhere to internal and regulatory requirements.**What You Bring:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
