Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine the unique needs of each patient.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various modalities, including individual, couple, family, and group formats.

• Provide crisis intervention services, working with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively manage their mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
