If Operations Specialist sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to: Perform daily receipt and content validation of incoming work packages processed through Financial Centers and ATM channels, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Execute basic accounting functions, reconciliation activities, and internal general ledger balancing while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Research and resolve time-sensitive transaction inquiries and exceptions from multiple internal channels within established deadlines. Work closely with management and team members to support operational workflows while demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma or GED required. Strong attention to detail, ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs, and a demonstrated sense of urgency. Basic PC skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 2-5 hours per day. Resume must clearly reflect current location. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 10-key data entry, balancing activities, and basic accounting functions. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Flexibility to work occasional extended hours as business needs require.
