Territory Business Manager

Role The Territory Business Manager (TBM) is responsible for achieving sales targets within their designated region in a compliant manner. The primary objectives include developing territory strategies, building relationships with healthcare providers, and driving product and patient access initiatives. Responsibilities Exceeding sales goals, maintaining in-depth product and disease state knowledge, managing budgets, executing strategic plans, and collaborating across functions such as Marketing, Market Access, and Sales Operations. The role requires consistent administrative management and adherence to legal and compliance standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; 3-5 years of proven success in specialty product sales, preferably with experience calling on hepatologists and gastroenterologists; strong knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, compliance, and customer engagement. Skills Excellent communication, data analysis, business acumen, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office tools. Travel Travel of 40-60% is expected. Location & Working Arrangement Focus on Gastrointestinal (GI) health, specialty product sales experience, territory within the USA, and a strategic, customer-centric approach to market access and payer landscapes.
