Patient Account Representative
Location:
Nashua, NH
Hours:

• Monday – Friday
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Help patients navigate their medical billing with compassion and professionalism
• Handle inbound calls and make courtesy outbound calls
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances
• Assist patients with insurance-related questions
• Maintain detailed documentation of all communications
• Follow HIPAA, company, state, and federal regulations

Requirements: 

• Medical Admin or inbound call experience or strong customer service background preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ??Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

Pay Rate:

• $17 - 18/ hour Depending on Experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
