**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma required; a technical degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design.
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Capability to assist with the design and production of comprehensive civil engineering plans.
- Ability to prepare detailed construction drawings, including roadways, grading, drainage, and utility systems.
- Experience in producing and managing comprehensive drawing sets.
- Skill in adhering to regulatory requirements for civil projects.
- Competence in back-checking design plans for precision.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers and team members from the initial concept through project completion.
- Proven ability to mentor drafters and maintain productive client relationships.
- Strong commitment to meeting project timelines and deliverables.
