A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Clinical Registered Nurse Educator – Specialty Therapy Case Management (RN)– Hybrid (Cary, NC)

·       Location - Cary, NC, USA

·       Work Model - Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week – Wednesday + flexible day)

·       Schedule - Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

·       Benefits – active after 90 days

·       Pay Rate – $41 an hour paid weekly

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator (Registered Nurse) to join our Medication Therapy Program team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient education, counseling, and ongoing support for individuals receiving specialty and acute-care therapies.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, highly communicative, and self-motivated, with a strong background in acute or inpatient care and a passion for improving medication adherence and therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and education to new and existing patients on specialty drug therapies
• Support medication adherence through structured patient engagement and call cadence programs
• Educate patients on potential side effects and treatment alternatives
• Identify, document, and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to appropriate regulatory bodies (FDA, manufacturers, etc.)
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and industry standards
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and pharmacy support teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain patient records including demographics and medical history in compliance with federal regulations
• Support specialty drug verification, coordination, and delivery processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance patient outcomes and therapy adherence

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in NC or compact state license (unrestricted)
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher degree in Nursing (or accredited nursing diploma)
• 4+ years of nursing experience
• At least 1 year of acute, inpatient, or specialty care experience
• Must reside within commuting distance of Cary, NC
• Experience in oncology, telehealth, or medication management
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques
• Experience working with specialty pharmacy or patient support programs
