Digital Marketing Coordinator

Support the preparation and coordination of business proposals, presentations, and response documents for prospective and existing clients. Assist with the production, formatting, proofreading, and delivery of marketing and proposal materials while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Maintain proposal documentation, track submission activity, and monitor outcomes for reporting purposes. Develop, update, and customize a variety of marketing collateral, including presentations, capability statements, brochures, fact sheets, and other client-facing materials. Coordinate submissions for industry rankings, professional recognitions, and award programs, including drafting content, managing timelines, and maintaining records of achievements. Provide logistical and administrative support for client events, sponsorships, networking functions, seminars, and receptions Serving as an on-site point of contact for attendees and event logistics Support conference and sponsorship initiatives by coordinating deliverables, promotional materials, and event-related commitments. Maintain reports and dashboards tracking marketing initiatives, client engagement activities, campaigns, and business development efforts.
