As a Business Analyst Consultant within PNC's Real Estate organization, you will be based within the PNC Multifamily Capital footprint.

This position provides dedicated support for data governance, data quality, and data ownership initiatives across related Tax Credit applications. The Business Analyst Consultant will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and application owners to establish accountability for critical data elements, improve data integrity, and ensure data ownership and stewardship responsibilities are clearly defined and maintained. This role will lead data quality reviews, identify and coordinate remediation of data issues, and support compliance with application governance standards and policies.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description

• Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit to create data driven solutions.
• Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
• Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
• Providing business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, data processing, and data analysis.
• Consulting on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $127,500.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
