Warehouse Associate Picker Packer

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and dedicated Warehouse Associate Picker Packers to join our 3PL partners. This is a general warehouse role that combines picking and packing duties with physical labor, including container and truck logistics.

Job Responsibilities

1. Picking & Packing:

• Accurately pick orders using an RF Scanner
• Count and verify inventory quantities
• Pack items securely for shipment
• Print and read shipping labels
• Palletize boxes per SKU requirements

2. Loading & Unloading:

• Receive, unload, and properly place incoming inventory
• Load and unload floor-loaded trailers (box-by-box manual handling)
• Prepare outgoing shipments for dispatch

3. Warehouse Operations:

• Operate warehouse equipment including hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Stack and organize palletized goods
• Wrap pallets for secure storage and shipment
• Move products throughout the facility as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout shift
• Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending, and standing
• Strong physical stamina for heavy manual labor
• Basic math skills for accurate counting
• Experience with RF Scanners preferred
• Ability to read and understand shipping labels
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to handle physical labor. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive bending and lifting motions, and wrap pallets. Be prepared to spend a portion of each shift handling loading dock tasks alongside standard fulfillment duties when inbounds and outbounds need to be loaded and unloaded onto pallets for storage.

This is a temp to hire opportunity and start dates are pending. In the meantime, we are preparing and screening candidates that have the skills and experience for this opportunity. Candidates will need to complete an assesment during the interview process.
