General Manager New Restaurant Opening

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven General Manager to lead a new, high-volume, guest-focused restaurant concept. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by leading operations, developing teams, and driving financial success while creating an exceptional guest experience.

General Manager Benefits

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

+3 years as a General Manager in a full-service or upscale, fast casual restaurant
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience with P&L, budgeting, scheduling, and financial performance management
Expertise in ordering and inventory practices
Ability to motivate and coach staff in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
Drive a positive work culture that supports employee engagement and high performance
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
