Requirements 3+ years of HR experience 2+ years of payroll experience Experience with ADP and Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Responsibilities Oversee employee payroll in Workforce ADP, including creating and maintaining employee profiles. Manage full employee life cycle, benefits and leave administration, workers’ compensation, employee relations, and enforcement of company policies and practices. Provide process improvement, strategic guidance to leadership, and coaching/training managers on employee performance management. Oversee OSHA compliance and coordinate the Safety Committee for all production departments. Maintain in‑office presence.
