Sam's Club #4837 201 Bass Pro Blvd, Denham Springs, LA 70726-5570 Responsibilities Provide member service, maintain the checkout area, resolve member issues, and promote Sam’s Club products and services. Process member purchases, handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies; maintain accuracy and security. Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, arrange and organize items, and maintain a safe shopping environment. Zone and manage entrance and exit areas, recognize membership, execute emergency response procedures, and maintain compliance with security and safety practices. Correct and report unsafe situations to facility management and maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation. Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes, technology, and new program rollouts; provide continuous learning opportunities. Identify shrink, damages, and collaborate with managers and co‑workers to address improvement opportunities. Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity; apply the Open Door Policy and execute business processes. Communicate progress, recommend improvement actions, and adapt to change. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers. Experience working with mobile retail applications. Preferred Qualifications None specified. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Bonuses and Incentives Competitive pay and performance‑based bonus awards are available.
