Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled Full Time CNA for a travel assignment in Penn Yan, NY. This opportunity caters to those with a passion for working in long-term care settings. Key Responsibilities of the Full Time CNA:

• Assist residents with daily living needs as per care plan (hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, etc.)
• Maintain resident safety and environment (respond to call lights, use safety equipment, prevent falls, clean unit)
• Support residents with meals (deliver trays, help with feeding, use adaptive equipment, honor food preferences)
• Assist with mobility and rehab needs (range of motion, walking, transfers, proper positioning, use of aids)
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Measure and record weight, intake and output
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
• Help with resident social and emotional needs through interaction and companionship
• Maintain confidentiality and residents' rights at all times
• Report resident concerns, changes, or refusals to nurse promptly
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner per protocol

Requirements of the Full Time CNA:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1-year experience as a licensed CNA in a long-term care setting
• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
• BLS Certification (must be through AHA or RQI)
