Director, Semiconductor Sales

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Director of Strategic Sales to lead engagement with major semiconductor customers and drive revenue growth across a $100M+ portfolio. The role involves leading a team of account managers, building executive relationships, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to support complex customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver annual bookings and revenue targets for strategic semiconductor customers totaling $100M+ annually
- Lead, coach, and develop team of strategic account managers supporting top semiconductor accounts
- Build and execute comprehensive global account strategies with cross-functional partners
- Develop relationships with senior customer stakeholders across executive, technical, and operations functions
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing customer roadmaps and manufacturing challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; technical degree and/or MBA preferred
- 10+ years sales, business development, or strategic account management experience
- Demonstrated leadership of sales teams managing large, complex strategic accounts
- Extensive semiconductor industry background with technology and market knowledge
- Strong commercial skills in strategic selling, negotiation, and deal execution
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel up to 50% for customer and business engagement
