Responsibilities Be the leader of your restaurant, mentoring and developing team members to ensure the store’s success. Instill the Wendy’s culture in your team and motivate employees to exceed customer expectations. Qualifications Three years experience working as a restaurant general manager at a quick-service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.). Strong background in restaurant operations with demonstrated success in achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
