As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all club operations, leading your team, and delivering strong results in a supportive, upbeat, and member-focused environment. Job Details Job Location: Schererville, IN 46375. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00. Benefits Paid Personal and Sick Time Off Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Free Black Card Membership Team-oriented, upbeat work culture Consistent, stable schedule Training and clear paths for career advancement Enjoy extra earning potential through incentives and bonuses What You’ll Do Create and maintain a positive, welcoming Judgement Free Zone environment Train, lead, and manage a team that includes an Assistant Manager, Team Members, Cleaners, and Trainers Foster a strong team culture through clear communication, accountability, and recognition Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to support staff growth Build team schedules to meet operational needs while staying within payroll budget Monitor performance and hold team members accountable to club standards Identify and resolve issues with professionalism and care Ensure accurate handling of all payments; manage inventory and supply needs Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Conduct inspections and address operational or cleanliness concerns promptly Stay current with all required training and certifications What We’re Looking For Energetic, goal-oriented leader with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities Reliable, honest, and organized Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Prior leadership experience in a high-volume setting preferred Proficiency with basic computer and math skills CPR/AED certified (otherwise, we will provide certification) Must be 18 years or older Willingness to travel to other clubs, if needed Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, and communicate throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
