Sr. Integrated PM - INTL Costa Rica

• • Own end-to-end project execution from scoping through delivery
• Manage budgets, timelines, and scope alignment across projects (typically $20-30K per project)
• Oversee 10-20 concurrent projects across:
• Creative
• Print
• Digital
• Video / Web
• But not limited to above
• Act as the primary liaison between account, production, and stakeholder teams
• Drive status reporting and program updates, typically aligned to a primary brand
• Ensure financial tracking and budget management aligns with scope
• Coordinate and manage multiple production workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Agency background
• Strong exposure to omnichannel marketing / integrated production environments
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Healthcare experience preferred


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background in agency environments
• Exposure to global teams and US-based stakeholders
• Experience supporting healthcare/pharma clients
