Topgolf is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, analyze, and communicate compensation programs that align with talent strategy and business goals. You will lead market pricing, maintain job architecture, and drive pay equity analytics while partnering with Legal, HR Ops, and Compliance to ensure governance and regulatory compliance. You will also develop executive-ready dashboards, support incentive design, and present recommendations to HRBPs, Finance, and leaders, balancing #J-18808-Ljbffr Topgolf
