Industrial Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of industrial products and solutions to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial equipment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires both technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in industrial markets.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet the needs of customers.
- Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations at client sites.
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, customer service, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.
- Achieve sales targets and performance goals set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline using CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in industrial or technical sales (preferred).
- Strong understanding of industrial products, machinery, tools, or equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel as required (up to 75% of the time).
- CDL Required (can obtain once employed, company paid)
- Mechanical or technical background.
- Experience selling to manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, or similar industries.
- Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.
- $75K base salary + commission/bonus
