Hourly wage + uncapped commission up to 10% of project profits

Electricians earn $80,000-$135,000+ per year

THE ROLE

This is a residential electrician position. You will sell, install, and service electrical systems for homeowners across Brevard County - representing Climate Experts with professionalism and delivering a 5-star experience on every call. You will have the freedom to run jobs from estimate to completion, backed by a full office team dedicated to making your day run smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Sell and complete residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs

- Diagnose complex electrical issues and provide safe, effective solutions

- Install wiring, panels, lighting, and smart home systems

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

- Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions

- Deliver a white glove customer experience on every call

- Keep accurate job documentation and reports

- Maintain safety as a top priority always

- Help train and mentor future team members as the department grows

WHAT WE OFFER

- Hourly wage + uncapped commission up to 10% of project profits

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of hands-on residential or light commercial electrical experience

- Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

- Ability to sell repairs and installations on-site

- Strong communication skills - able to present options clearly to homeowners

- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record

- Must pass background check and drug screening

- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Follows our tobacco-free policy

SCHEDULE

Full time. No on-call rotations. Up to 4 days off per week.
