Program Analyst

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Acquisition Management Dept GT30000 of NAWCTSD ORLANDO. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level DA-03 or pay band in the federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, demonstrating some or all of the following program management competencies: Partnering, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving. Specialized experience must include some or all of the following: Developing and sustaining strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives; Building alliances across organizational boundaries by coordinating joint initiatives, negotiating roles and responsibilities, and resolving competing priorities; Clearly and effectively presenting complex, sensitive, or controversial information to diverse audiences through briefings, meetings, and working groups; Making clear and convincing oral presentations that translate technical, policy, or analytical information into actionable recommendations, while actively listening and clarifying information; Identifying and analyzing operational, programmatic, or policy problems using qualitative and quantitative data; Evaluating alternatives, assessing risks and trade-offs, and recommending timely, evidence-based solutions that balance mission requirements with stakeholder needs.
