Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).
• Certifications PALS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for PALS (AHA).
• Certifications NIHSS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for NIHSS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Emergency Room in last 3 years.
• Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience.
• EMR Cerner
• Skills Assessment ERM skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 720 days.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I understand that the start date for this assignment is at least 6 weeks from the date I am offered.
• Additional Confirmations Proficiency in IV starts and inserting foleys and NG tubes is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with triage and codes is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience initiating and titrating pressors, cardiac drips, sedation, and insulin is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with critical patients and hyper/hypothermia care is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience assisting with bedside procedurals and moderate sedation (versed/fentanyl/ketamine) is required.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
