About the Role

Gorilla Property Services is looking for a skilled, reliable Lead Technician to run on-site operations, deliver high-quality exterior cleaning services, and lead a small field team. You’ll be the primary authority on every job site—ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and a great customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Perform and oversee exterior cleaning services (pressure washing, soft washing, windows, gutters, graffiti removal, dryer vents, Christmas lights)
• Lead and supervise technicians on-site
• Train new hires on safety, equipment, and quality standards
• Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Identify additional service needs and confidently upsell add‐on work to increase job value
• Spot opportunities to generate new customers through positive interactions, referrals, and on-site visibility
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and job-site organization
• Use Gorilla Pro CRM to track jobs, photos, notes, and production metrics
• Ensure all work meets company standards and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or property maintenance
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude (equipment, chemicals, tools)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Working Conditions

• Outdoor work in all weather
• Physical labor: lifting, climbing, standing
• Ladder and roof work
• Daytime schedule (Mon–Fri) with occasional weekends

Pay & Benefits

• $21–$28/hr based on experience
