Growing together.We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional with deep expertise in Payroll as a primary skill, along with working knowledge of Core HR , Time & Labor and Absence Management. This role will serve as the end-to-end owner of Payroll functionality, combining hands-on configuration, operational support, and product ownership. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders to drive system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless payroll operations while supporting quarterly releases and continuous enhancements.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Own end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll functionality, including configuration, maintenance, and optimizationTroubleshoot and resolve Payroll, Time, and Absence issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operationsPartner with business teams (HR, Payroll, Operations) to gather requirements and deliver enhancementsLead and support testing efforts during quarterly releases, including UAT validation and production readinessDrive continuous improvements in Payroll processes, automation, and system efficiencyDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AILeverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovationYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud PayrollExpertise in Payroll configuration (elements, fast formulas, balances, payroll flows)Experience troubleshooting complex Payroll-related issues and performing root cause analysisExperience supporting UAT and Oracle quarterly release testingWorking knowledge of Core HR , Time & Labor and Absence modulesProven ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into system solutionsPreferred Qualifications:Experience owning Payroll as a product or platform (product manager mindset)Experience in high-volume or complex payroll environmentsUnderstanding of end-to-end HCM integrations and upstream/downstream impactsProven excellent communication and stakeholder management skills*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
