Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Ensure food quality meets company standards
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any complaints
• Oversee restaurant staff and ensure proper staffing levels
• Manage costs and ensure profitability of the location

Required Skills:

• Restaurant management experience
• Strong decision-making skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage management
• Ability to coach and develop staff
• Experience with complaint resolution

Nice to Have Skills:

• ServSafe Certified
• Experience in retail or accounting
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $45,000.00

Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
