This position includes light housekeeping of main common areas including dusting and vacuuming.Job duties include, but are not limited to:Operate telephone and direct calls on a multi-line phone systemGeneral clerical responsibilitiesGreeting and directing families and toursAssist Department Managers as neededProblem solve and meet the needs of residents and family membersBuild relationships with residents and their family membersAlways ensure resident safety and confidentialityRequired qualifications are: High School Diploma or GED, professionalism, mature and cheerful personality. Must be able to multitask and operate a multi-line telephone. Excellent customer service and communication skillsExperience working with seniors is a plus!
