Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their situations.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to enhance the well-being of clients actively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and counselors, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, fostering understanding and involvement in the treatment process.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of research and emerging practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children, adolescents, and their families who may be experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. By empowering our clientele, you will contribute to enhancing their mental health resilience and provide the necessary resources for them to thrive in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LSCSW license to practice in the state of Kansas is essential.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in social work or mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
