Account Supervisor

As an Account Supervisor you are responsible for day-to-day client work and for managing the agency team. This role includes involvement in the strategic direction of the brand and mentoring junior staff. The role emphasizes balancing project supervision with quality control across the team. Responsibilities Project Stewardship: Owning key client projects, partnering with Program Management to ensure successful delivery, and supporting Strategy and Creative with relevant client and category information. Integration: Collaborating across departments and partner agencies to facilitate interdisciplinary project success. Problem-solving: Providing proactive solutions for team issues, including anticipating challenges before they arise. Team Building: Managing direct reports with empathy and ensuring alignment and information flow across disciplines. Strategy: Providing accurate and timely product forecasts, managing quarterly reconciliations and billing; building SOW with Supervisor; serving as the lead financial contact for client inquiries. Client Growth: Maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, developing presentations to sell recommendations, and focusing on organic growth. Salary range: NYC Pay Range $90,000 - $100,000 USD. The range is a component of total compensation and varies based on experience and other needs.
