Account Supervisor, Social & Influencer

Summary of Role The Account Supervisor (AS) oversees and drives the delivery of high-quality, integrated work across existing and prospective client accounts. This role serves as a trusted client partner and key internal team lead, helping guide the planning, execution and optimization of work across social, influencer, content and integrated communications programs. The AS plays an important role in building strong client relationships, supporting business growth and ensuring operational excellence across assigned accounts. The ideal candidate is a strategic and culturally fluent communicator with strong social, content and influencer expertise, creative instincts and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. This role requires someone who can confidently counsel clients, contribute innovative ideas and oversee high-quality execution across multiple workstreams spanning consumer & lifestyle, health & wellness, and corporate & technology brands. The AS will directly manage and mentor junior to mid-level team members while helping ensure success across social media, influencer marketing, executive visibility, community management, paid social, reporting and analytics, creative concepting, content development and integrated communications programs. Key Responsibilities Social Channel, Content & Influencer Management Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of social media best practices, influencer marketing, paid amplification, platform-native content and emerging digital trends across established and emerging platforms Support the development and execution of integrated social, content and influencer strategies across consumer, health/wellness and corporate accounts Lead the development, oversight and optimization of culturally relevant, insight-driven and platform-native content across channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, and X Translate concepts and campaign ideas into actionable creative briefs and content direction for internal creative and production teams Manage integrated content calendars, social programming, influencer activations and paid social workstreams across annual, quarterly, monthly and real-time programming needs Support executive visibility and thought leadership initiatives across platforms, particularly LinkedIn, through strategic content development and social counsel Support influencer and creator campaigns from sourcing and negotiations through content approvals, campaign execution, reporting and relationship management Leverage social listening, reporting and platform analytics tools to identify insights, optimize performance and inform future recommendations Partner closely with PR, paid media, strategy, creative and analytics teams to support integrated campaigns and communications programs Monitor emerging social trends, platform updates and cultural moments to proactively identify opportunities for brands and executives Account Service Serve as a key day-to-day client contact, helping manage communications, requests and expectations across assigned accounts and projects Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across client and internal interactions Lead client status meetings and communications, including development of agendas, timelines and next steps across cross-functional teams Review and quality check deliverables, reports and client-facing materials developed by junior team members Develop and manage project plans, timelines and workflows to help ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and aligned to client expectations Support account operations and financial management, including tracking budgets, client out-of-pocket (OOP) expenses, influencer contracts and payments, invoicing support and overall account organization Agency Contributions Contribute to a positive, collaborative and solutions-oriented team environment Support new business opportunities through research, brainstorms, proposal development and pitch participation as needed Help mentor and develop junior team members through ongoing feedback, collaboration and day-to-day guidance Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes and team operations across accounts and projects Stay informed on emerging industry trends, platform updates and cultural conversations relevant to clients and the agency Represent HAVAS Red professionally across client interactions, industry events and agency initiatives Key Attributes Strategic and culturally curious thinker Strong collaborator and relationship builder Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Effective communicator with strong presentation and writing skills Creative, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, liberal arts or related field Experience: Six to eight years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content, integrated communications or related fields Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media management and reporting tools, and content management platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr HAVAS Red US
