Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases, including product specifications, customer details, and order information. Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, making corrections as necessary to ensure data integrity. Maintain and update existing database records to reflect the most current information. Generate routine reports and perform data analysis as requested by management. Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related queries and ensure smooth operational flow. Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and customer information. Assist with other administrative and data-focused tasks as required. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar administrative role. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high levels of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel. Fast and accurate typing skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative member of a team.
