Community Outreach Coordinator

Compensation: Salary Grade: CS114 Minimum starting rate: $41,790.00 Final offer will be based on relevant experience, education, and other applicable factors. Compensation Type: Salary Employment Type: Regular FLSA: Exempt Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Position Summary The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating outreach strategies that build and sustain a pipeline of prospective students and contribute to the College’s enrollment goals. This position cultivates and maintains strategic partnerships with community organizations, schools, and agencies to support long- term student engagement and enrollment pathways. Working collaboratively with Recruitment, Dual Credit, and Marketing & Public Relations (MPR), this role ensures outreach efforts are aligned with institutional priorities and result in measurable engagement, applications, and enrollment outcomes. Duties & Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate outreach strategies that build and sustain a pipeline of prospective students. Translate outreach efforts into measurable engagement and enrollment outcomes. Identify and engage target populations and geographic areas to increase awareness, access, and enrollment. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, schools, and agencies. Utilize CRM systems to track outreach, monitor engagement, and ensure timely follow-up. Coordinate outreach efforts with Recruitment, Dual Credit, and MPR. Deliver presentations and programming that generate interest and lead to applications. Provide pre-enrollment guidance to move students from interest to enrollment. Analyze outreach effectiveness using data and recommend improvements. Support Dual Credit outreach efforts. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree Three years job related experience. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Spanish. Experience with database and/or customer relationship management. Experience in Higher Education. Experience in Student Recruitment. May be required to work after hours and/or weekends.
