WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON This role is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities. Key responsibilities include: Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation in the marketplace, and drive incremental growth Finalize all category assortment plans and resolve issues related to flow, pricing, and distribution decisions Drive assortment category vision to the retail floor, ensuring end-state assortments are profitable and consumer-right Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format Support soccer merchandising at the channel level, working closely with product, merchandising, and sales teams to determine the best product for specific accounts, including assistance with product allocation WHAT YOU BRING A Bachelors Degree is preferred 5+ years of experience in a merchandising role Comfortable with public speaking, primarily to internal audiences Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations Marketplace awareness and industry knowledge Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Collaborative, team-player mindset Preferred Skills Experience with Assort Visual (AV) tools In-store retail experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Nike
