Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: Fullerton, CA (On-site) Pay: $23–$25/hour Job Type: Contract (2–3 months) Industry: Food ManufacturingLooking for immediate start!Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support a fast-paced food manufacturing company in Fullerton. This role will focus on high-quality invoice processing, vendor communication, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and review up to 200 invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and proper documentationPerform three-way matching between invoices, purchase orders, and receiving recordsCode invoices and prepare weekly check runsMaintain and manage purchase orders, resolving discrepancies as neededCommunicate directly with vendors to address questions, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationshipsRespond promptly to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and paymentsPartner closely with two AP team members and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth workflowAssist with process improvements and other accounting-related tasks as neededQualificationsMinimum of 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experienceStrong understanding of invoice processing, purchase orders, and three-way matchingHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsExperience with ERP systems preferred (Deacom experience a plus, but not required)ScheduleMonday – Friday, full-time hoursOn-site in Fullerton, CAPay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hourSearch managed by: Allison Lau Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
